Adaptation of James Bond "From Russia with Love"
"From Russia with Love" has been adapted from a book (written in 1957) into a comic in 1960 then into a film in 1963. It was a second Bond film that starred Sean Connery as Bond. The film also had a soundtrack. The book was also adapted into a video game along with a Radio drama. The radio drama released in 2012. These adaptions came along probably because the film was successful, the most popular in the British box office, enough to prove that extra money could be made by creating different adaptations. Having different media mediums helps make the story more accessible for different audiences. Comic, video games, films can make the story more entertaining. If one media gets old to a person, they can switch it up to another and enjoy a new spin on the story. Each alternate piece can create a different feeling about the story as a whole, so to keep with the true spirit of the original, there must be certain events that happen that remind the audience of the main characters or plots and the original excitement they experienced.
